A searchable list of pipe organs available for relocation is run by the Institute of British Organ Building (IBO) – you can search by number of manuals, and location, and they give notes of what is required to put the organ into working order in each case. Find the list on the IBO website.
There’s a Facebook group called Redundant Pipe Organs which aims to preserve pipe organs around the world by finding new homes for displaced and redundant instruments.

Dear Sirs, an evangelical church in Patras (Peloponnese, Greece) has assigned me the task of finding a pipe organ, possibly used in good condition, for its worship needs. If you can offer us such an organ please communicate with me so that I can put you in contact with them. I remain at your disposal for any further information you would like to have in this regard.
Best regards

Dear Paul
Sadly, there are to many pipe organs in UK available, some of considerable quality.
What is the approximate size, seating capacity, acoustic of the church?
Is there a budget? Even with an organ in good condition it is a MAJOR undertaking.
I’ve been involved in most aspects of the task, including the relocation of a large 45 stop Hill organ in 2011.
Kind regards
Paul Joslin
I can’t offer you an organ direct, but do try contacting the organisations I link to in the article above, via their websites. Another organisation you can try is Pipe up for Pipe Organs https://www.pipe-up.org.uk/
